1. Discreet Packaging (Privacy Guaranteed)

We value your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the product names or brand details on the outside of the box. Only the shipping labels with your contact info will be visible.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2 to 3 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 5 working days.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. [Insert Amount, e.g., 200] across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. [Insert Amount, e.g., 2500].

4. Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash to the rider at the time of delivery.

  • Advance Payment: We also accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfers for your convenience.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to track your parcel's journey.

6. Undelivered Parcels

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your parcel up to 2 times. Please ensure your provided mobile number is switched on and reachable. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-availability, any future orders may require advance payment.

7. Inspection Upon Receipt

While we ensure 100% safe packaging, if you find your parcel damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact our WhatsApp support immediately.
